Review the reservation before you confirm
Enter a journey the passenger can recognize
Check the travel date and pickup time together, particularly for an airport flight arriving late at night or after midnight. Enter the complete pickup and destination addresses and include the entrance used by the passenger. For an arrival at JFK, LaGuardia or Newark, add the airline and flight number rather than only the airport code. Name the passenger and provide a mobile number that can receive meeting instructions during travel. If someone else is booking, decide who should receive the confirmation and who can approve changes. Include all luggage, equipment and special requests before choosing the vehicle, then ask about any requirement that the form cannot confirm.
Read the quote as a complete service
Compare the selected vehicle with the passenger and luggage details. For an hourly reservation, check the service window, every stop and the expected release time. Sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in and have a three-hour minimum. S-Class and Sprinter figures are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. A point-to-point quote covers the requested journey rather than an open-ended day of travel. Read the total, waiting conditions, cancellation terms and any additional-stop charges before payment. Do not assume a return trip is included unless it appears on the itinerary. If the quote leaves a requirement unclear, call the reservations team before confirming.
Keep the confirmation available on the day
Save the final itinerary and meeting instructions where the passenger can access them. Check that the date, flight, addresses and contact number match the trip you intended to reserve. If anything changes afterward, use the contact details in the confirmation and request an updated itinerary. If the embedded form does not load, use its booking-portal link to continue with the same reservation provider. Opening a form or submitting an enquiry does not itself establish a confirmed reservation; look for the provider’s confirmation and retain it with the trip details.
